My First Blog

It's just few seconds away for the new day to begin... I am writing my first blog.
You know what, there's one thing which might be true for most of us.... when there's a thought in mind, something great, something different, something very genuine.... it should be penned down the moment it flashes in your mind otherwise it is lost.. in a snap.. like a lightening!! It should be captured and shared... who knows, the turning point of your life may be hidden in it!!
So, I am looking forward to penning (or keying??) many such lightening thoughts on my blog which may give me a turning point. What say??
More until later..

Anyway I like your spirit, sentiment and beliefs behind your intent to share your enlightened thoughts, flashes with family , friends near & dear souls. I wish you a long and succesful blogging career, only it should be interspread with humour, musings and poetry.

  6. Elbert Hubbard said"The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one."
So how do you get past your fears? Any comments??

  7. How do you get past your fears?? By doing exactly what you are afraid of... believe me. I have been making all efforts to get rid of certain fears I have and I have been immensely successful in doing away with them...

Best part is, you do what you are afraid of, you succeed at it and then you say, Whoa.. was it this stupid thing that scared me out of my wits?? Then you laugh at it... a real hearty laugh..

Nice to c u on blog..!! Finally I am in & commenting in this blog after getting out of my busy routine...!!!

Very truly said in ur 1st blog...!!Refering to this..I wud like to share one more thought that came to my mind just now...

Nobody can imprison the power of our imagination. We alone, have the power to control what we think, feel and want. Nothing can take that from us.

    I felt it..!!!

  9. Inculcate in yourself the following traits namely confidence, moral standing, courage, rightousness, honor, determination, confronting misplaced beliefs etc. One examines beliefs, because many times you aren’t even aware of the beliefs you have that create fear and you train
You overcome fear! Here is what Swami Sivananda aptly puts it as:
The Sanskrit equivalent for fear is “Bhaya”. Fear is an emotion or Vritti in the mind that is produced when one’s life is in danger on account of external forces or things. Man reacts to the situation with a fear-emotion.
Fear is illusory; it cannot live...Courage is eternal, it will not die. Perils, calamities, dangers are the certain lot of every man who is a denizen of this world. Therefore, O Man! Fortify your mind with courage and patience. Fortitude, courage, presence of mind will sustain you through all dangers. Just as a rock on the sea-shore stands firm and the dashing of the waves does not affect it even a bit, even so a man who is endowed with courage is not affected by the dark perilous waves of this Samsara. He stands adamant in all trying conditions and circumstances and comes out victorious
